Executive Coach

Eric is a seasoned coach with ample experience working with entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives and rising stars within large organisations. In 2017, he established Lensquare Ltd, a coaching practice dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. Drawing from principles rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eric helps clients cultivate psychological flexibility and take values-driven action towards their goals, while honing leadership and communication skills.

Prior to launching his coaching practice, Eric worked at prestigious institutions in New York, London and Zurich, including senior roles at Zurich Insurance Group and Citigroup Asset Management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and currently serves on the boards of two hedge funds.

Committed to continuous growth and learning, Eric is currently pursuing an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute / Middlesex University. His coaching practice is enriched by an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London, as well as certifications in executive coaching and transformational coaching.

With dual citizenship in Venezuela and the United Kingdom, Eric brings a global perspective and bilingual proficiency to his coaching practice. He believes in the transformative power of individuals and is dedicated to guiding them on their journey towards fulfilment and growth.
