Guy Cohen

Chartered Occupational Psychologist

Guy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS and a certified team coach. He earned an MA in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa). Guy is a member of the coaching and occupational psychology chapters of the BPS and sat on the Board of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) as its Treasurer from 2019-2021. He is a qualified user of numerous psychometric tests.

Guy is an experienced team and executive coach with over 18 years’ experience in global FTSE10 businesses focused on strategic talent management and organisation development. He specialises in leadership and team development for C-suite individuals and their leadership teams looking to make a step change in performance.

Guy’s work ranges from working 1-1 with the HRD and CFO of a ‘start-up’, to helping the European marketing leadership team of a global drinks company achieve improved levels of performance through his deep facilitation skills. Additionally, he helped design and facilitate the flagship leadership programme for high potential women in a global technology and manufacturing company. His passion lies in aligning people and strategic goals as a vehicle for bringing about positive outcomes and enabling leaders to make a positive difference.

Guy has worked as a Global Head of Talent and OD for several multinational organisations. His work spanned large-scale transformations, leading activities that resulted in significant cost savings and being the lead for the people stream of several M&A deals.
