Business Psychologist

Joanna is a business psychologist with a background of 17 years working in investment banking and  private equity (Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers & Bain Capital) . In her early career, she worked for a number of years in mergers and acquisitions at before transitioning to a focus on recruitment, retention and people development across a variety of financial business areas.  Joanna’s passion is to use her corporate experience coupled with deeper business psychology to help people build greater self awareness of their strengths and development areas, maximising and extending their natural skills and attributes, but also helping businesses understand how to position their employees for greater success.

 

Joanna is a Certified Business Psychologist and is trained in a number of psychometric tools including Hogan, Lumina Spark, Leader, Select, HBDI, BeTalent Decision Styles and is BPS Level A and B qualifications.  She holds a BSc in Human Biology (1st) and an MSc in Business Psychology (Distinction) and sat on the Board of the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) for over 3 years until July 2022.
