Leadership Psychologist / Executive Coach 

Lara is a Leadership Psychologist and Executive Coach.. She is passionate about helping people become better leaders by connecting them with joy and the truth of who they are. Lara has worked with leaders in a variety of organisations ranging from start-ups to multinational companies, having designed and delivered large-scale leadership development programmes in organisations of all sizes. She has experience across a variety of industries and has coached leaders through all levels of organisations, from individual contributor through to the C-Suite.

Lara worked as a Leadership Consultant for three of the world’s leading management consultancies (Korn Ferry, YSC Consulting & Heidrick & Struggles) where she assessed and developed leaders in FTSE 100 companies, globally. Her areas of expertise include Executive Coaching, Leadership Psychological Profiling, Team Workshop Facilitation, Talent Management Process Design and Culture Change Implementation. 

 

Lara is passionate about helping people access deeper levels of self-awareness, compassion and motivation so they can reach their goals faster and with more ease. She empowers her clients to connect with their emotions and surface unconscious beliefs to help gain new perspectives and new options for action. Her clients most appreciate her ‘positive energy’ that she brings to all her workshops, coaching sessions or culture change projects she leads.
