Business Psychologist

Nazia is a Business Psychologist, Executive Coach and facilitator, with over 20 years experience in talent management, inclusion, leadership development and coaching. In the world of inclusion Nazia has launched staff networks, reciprocal mentoring programs and positive action pathways, which led to an increase in representation of minority colleagues in senior leadership positions, transformation programs and other employee voice initiatives.

In the world of leadership development Nazia has developed and rolled out a senior leadership development program which led to improvements in staff engagement and staff perceptions of experience. Nazia is currently focused on helping leadership teams apply the best of the behavioral sciences to their workplaces, through 1:1 coaching, team coaching and leadership development.

 

Nazia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development Coach Practitioner EMCC MSc Occupational Psychology Level A & Level B qualified: MBTI (Step 1), 16PF, WAVE.
