Nina Donovan

Nina is an executive coach and facilitator, with extensive experience helping senior executives and teams improve their collaboration and decision-making skills. She has worked with business leaders as they look to grow and develop their leadership functions, and in addressing complexity, challenges and anxieties that emerge in times of change. She has industrial experience in investor relations, investment banking and strategic corporate communications.
Nina uses her deep understanding of psychotherapeutic processes as well as neuroscience training to think about individuals’ motivations and how their behaviours impact organisations and team dynamics. Advising business leaders through times of acute pressure and change has fueled her passion for supporting individuals and teams to navigate complexity and uncertainty.
Nina’s coaching is built on 20 years of professional experience working closely with senior management teams and financial market advisors, supporting and counselling them in their ongoing corporate critical communications with their different stakeholders; across investors, financial analysts, media and internal audiences. She has experience advising on US$50bn+ transactions across Europe and Asia through M&A, agreed and hostile takeovers, IPOs and equity raisings. She has supported a variety of clients in different sectors, with sector expertise in Natural Resources and Financial Institutions.
Nina obtained a Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, a BScEcon in Politics with French and German, and continues to study Group Relations from a systems psychodynamic perspective.
Following her recent move back to the UK, Nina is currently the Europe Head for OSC Leadership Performance, where she is leveraging her Asia experience to build out their coaching and leadership development business in Europe.
