Experience
Sanjay brings 11 years of international experience in partnering with leaders to translate aspirations to results. He blends his consulting background with working in HR and commercial leadership teams in Financial Services and Fintech organisations to deliver strategy, achieve goals and drive performance. He combines frameworks and tools with a deep understanding of behavioural science to do this. His in-house roles in culture, talent and internal communication roles brings depth and rigour to the solutions he creates to drive change and create stakeholder value. He took the lead on cultural initiatives to support Executive teams to a successful listing on the London Stock Exchange as well as leading a complex business transformation through crisis-management and internal communications realising cost savings of £200m during Covid-19.

Sanjay is an Associate Coach working towards accreditation status with the International Coaching Federation. Recent assignments
Succession planning and leadership development: Sanjay led business wide succession planning and talent identification for senior leaders and middle managers. He developed bespoke development plans and provided 1:1 coaching for 30 high potential individuals over a 9-month basis. 17/30 took on bigger roles or received a promotion within 9-months.
Capability framework development: In 2022, Sanjay was called in to address performance issues within the Retail division of a PE-backed payments organisation. In four months, he developed a capability framework for BD and KAM roles and assessed 148 people against it. He partnered with the leaders, talent-acquisition team and HR to provide recommendations to ensure that the right salespeople, with the right skills were in the right roles at the right time. This formed the blueprint for the approach across the other 2 sales divisions (Hospitality and Partners) and he built the internal capability to create continued value to all stakeholder groups.
