Occupational Psychologist 

Vicky is an up-and-coming business psychologist and entrepreneur, who has facilitated, coached, and consulted senior leaders across industries with a fresh perspective. After completing her master’s degree in Occupational Psychology with the Institute of Work Psychology, she gained an internship with The Work Psychologist, where she learned the valuable skills that promoted her to Associate.

 

Vicky has a particular passion for Diversity and Inclusion and is a champion for underrepresented groups from graduate to senior leadership. She is now working across consultancies contributing to the development of senior leaders and organisational culture.
